Privacy policy

Last updated 9 November 2026

Villa Avie is a single-player game for iPhone. It has no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not collect your name, email address or contacts. This page explains the little data that is involved and who handles it.

Your game stays on your phone

Your progress, the name you give your character, your album and your settings are saved only on your device. We never receive them. Deleting the app deletes them.

Downloaded scenes

Some video scenes download while you play, from our media server at media.missavie.com, run on Cloudflare. Like any web server, it briefly sees your IP address and device type to deliver the file. We do not use this to identify you or to build a profile, and Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy.

Ads

The game shows an ad only when you choose to watch one for gems. Ads come from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking when iOS asks), your IP address, and how you interact with the ad. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are still shown but are not personalised. In the EU, UK and Switzerland, Google asks for your consent first, and you can change it any time from Privacy choices on the title screen. See how Google uses data from apps that use its services.

Purchases

Gem purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. The game only learns which gem pack was bought, so it can add the gems.

Children

Villa Avie is rated 17+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 17.
