Common questions

A scene shows a still picture instead of a video. Some videos download while you play. Connect to the internet and they will appear; the still is shown until then.

I bought gems but didn't get them. Open the game again while online: unfinished purchases are completed at launch. If they still don't appear, email us with the date of the purchase.

How do I start over? Title screen › New summer. Your album stays.

How do I turn the sound off? The speaker button at the top right of the title screen.
